We stand behind it.
The guarantee applies to the deliverables in an approved, paid project scope. WhyHire will first try to correct a material mismatch with the approved, paid scope. If WhyHire confirms that it cannot reasonably correct the mismatch or fulfill the agreed scope, WhyHire will refund the amount paid for the affected project.
What the promise covers
The WhyHire Promise covers a material mismatch between the delivered work and your approved, paid project scope. WhyHire will first try to correct a material mismatch with the approved, paid scope. If WhyHire confirms that it cannot reasonably correct the mismatch or fulfill the agreed scope, WhyHire will refund the amount paid for the affected project.
Free analysis findings and modeled estimates are informational, not guaranteed deliverables or promised outcomes. The promise does not guarantee analysis completeness, revenue, savings, capacity, performance, information that cannot reasonably be found, or results controlled by third parties. Changes requested after approval are not included unless they are added to a new or updated scope.
